We all go through times of change. Whether that change comes in the form of a big remodeling project, a new baby, a move, or the beginning of a new journey such as homeschooling or a new career, change is inevitable. Although we can’t avoid it, we can welcome change as an opportunity for growth in ourselves and our families.
The great thing about change is that it is simply a season. No change lasts forever!
Today, I'm sharing the six ways I kept our family eating whole, nourishing foods during our major remodeling/moving process. This lasted over three months, and going back to boxed dinners and the drive-thru was not an option for us. Now that we're "out of the woods", so to speak, and the bulk of our remodeling is behind us, our health, waistlines, and bank account are thanking us for eating as many simple, yet healthful, meals at home as we could.
